Terrace Brier Soccer Club (hereafter referred to as “Club”) takes personal information privacy seriously.  The Club’s policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our members and users of our Website.  The Club and our affiliates (online registration service providers) will not willfully disclose individually identifiable information about our members to any third party without the member’s prior written consent and permission.

Advice to Parents

The Club requests that children get their parent's or guardian's permission before submitting any kind of personal information over the internet. We urge parents to be very clear with their children regarding the danger of giving personal information to anyone (online or in person) they do not know. We also encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate in the activities offered on the sites they visit.

Parents and legal guardians have the opportunity to restrict Club access to personal information collected from children under the age of 13. Children under the age of 13 years must provide a parent's or legal guardian's email or mailing address and obtain their parent’s or legal guardian’s permission when submitting information online. Parents or guardians will be notified of the online submission. The Club will give parents and legal guardians an opportunity to limit participation of children under the age of 13, if they wish. The Club’s privacy policy covers the Club’s treatment of nonpublic personal information that we collect in connection with online registration and member administration processes.
